"What can you say about two people you just recently met who have become two of the most important people in your life?
Selling a house is right up there with several other stressful and life changing experiences. It is not a decision one makes lightly or randomly. This is a major financial, emotional and physical commitment.
We did our homework and interviewed 4 other brokers - several we already knew personally. We seriously considered each of them - each seemed to have their own strengths. They were all imminently qualified, intelligent, successful and excellent representatives.
When Brooke and Drew listened to our requirements for listing, and gave us serious, competent, conclusive information that helped us settle on price and presentation. The photographs of the house were outstanding. The house looked so beautiful we even thought we should buy it back.
With Brooke and Drew's advice, we chose a price designed to have our house sell quickly and not languish on the market. We got lucky - no doubt about that. Our offer came in 3 days after the Broker's open. We discussed it with them and we decided to accept that offer. You only need one qualified buyer. The first offer is often the best, because the longer the house sits, the more tired it becomes and you run the risk of having to reduce the price.
All in all, for such a major, huge, overwhelming experience, we only have one complaint. Our house sale happened so fast, we were denied the change to spend more time with Brooke and Drew. and that ALMOST would have been worth having that house sit a little longer on the market. But with email, and cellphones, they are still in our lives.
Oh yes. They don't just abandon you once the sale is over. These two are not only Real Estate professionals, they are decent human beings.

I did not remember that you sold the 260 acre Moraga Canyon property, I think it belonged to Ruth Singer at that time, which I looked at together with Ray Watt. My personal interest came from my desire to build a house and to create a lake by blocking a small section of the canyon for my private fishing. We have purchased a home and our dream lot to build a 30,000 square foot estate in Holmby Hills for over 12 million. It took four delicate confidential transactions skillfully handled. We also have an offer pending to purchase ranch property.
We originally met Drew Mandile last year through a phone call I placed from my office in Houston regarding Sotheby’s as on his 5 Acre King Vidor property. We had intended to rent a large home on the Westside while looking for a suitable suite.
After exhausting other agents, my wife and I found Drew to be very knowledgeable, professional, and an excellent negotiator. He worked with us diligently and personally, called us right back, created offers, worked the other agents, and dug deep- a real credit to your firm.

They created and maintained an extensive marketing program to seek out a buyer, that stretched around the world to such faraway places as Beijing, Shanghai, and the United Arab countries.

Satisfied with their marketing efforts and Drew and Brooke’s guidance, we agreed upon an all cash deal that closed in 30 days without problems or delays- a miracle given the complexity and size, not to mention getting our relatives top agree with each other.
